Hotel didnt look anything like in the photos. Everything was dirty, our room was modly and it smelled really bad. My friend got bitten by something in our room during the night. We couldnt open the window in our room so the smell was there the whole time. Enterence od the building is really old and unsafe. Staff was very nice and polite and location was perfect.

The front office charged us the double of the rate we booked with via booking.com when had to we paid in Egyptian pounds, because they didnt have a change for a 100 USD,also they didnt take a credit card which is wired and inconvenient

Actually I booked it for my mum and her friend, once my mum went she was shocked because to go up, it is super narrow and also it looks super old and not that clean and she didnt like it at all, but the staff were super nice to send her to another branch city hotel palace and my mum loved it, staff were super nice and helpful, breakfast was typical and it was clean. The location is in the centre of Cairo. She enjoyed her permanence in it.

Location is good, besides that Nothing! The place is dirty, like months of dust, we arrived early and our room wasnt ready, they let us leave our luggage in one of the rooms, I understand it was not our time to check in, but everything was very dirty, all around the hostel, the host had no interest on giving us a good service, he was playing on his phone all the time. We left and look for another option, didnt even care..
